Frequently Asked Questions

Some answers to the questions we get asked the most.

1. What about the save a date fee and final payment?

You can pay your save the date fee by bank transfer
You can also pay in person if you have arranged to call for a chat.
Your final payment is due by bank transfer a few weeks before.

If you would like to pay another way let me know.

2. How long will our DVD last?

It's a little hard to put an exact time on the length of your wedding film.

The timing depends on how long your ceremony and speeches last.

The short answer is around 40-90 minutes.

3. Can we come and have a chat about our wedding film?

Yes, you can come and have a chat about your wedding film, just let me know a time that suits.

4. What is the difference between having one camera operator and two?

The main difference is you'll get more great film footage

and it will be much more varied than if you have just one operator.

We do use up to 3 cameras at times.

An extra camera person means more footage and more editing.

5. How long do you stay for?

We stay until the bridal party dances are over usually this works out to be the first 3 dances.

If the rest of your guests are up and dancing, we try to get some footage of the fun before we leave.

If you have any other questions just get in touch, I'll be glad to help.
